I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Group Psychotherapist with over 10 years experience providing individual, group, and family therapy. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, decision-making, work/school achievement, and/or making behavioral changes. Drawing from multiple theoretical approaches (psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, relational, mindfulness, attachment theory, etc.), I provide the opportunity to identify, explore, and work through challenges and desires in a safe and supportive environment.

In addition to working with adults individually, I also specialize in group therapy, adolescent treatment, family therapy, and parent coaching. I lead or co-lead seven interpersonal therapy groups. I work with adolescents and their families to help navigate the numerous challenges and tasks involved in the transition from childhood to adulthood.
Beyond my private practice, I have run process groups for mental health counseling students at Boston University's School of Medicine. My professional home is the Northeastern Society for Group Psychotherapy (NSGP), where I have chaired or co-chaired the Training, Scholarship, and Breakfast Club Committees. I also served two years as President of Group Solutions Network. |
